Golf Professional, Luke Scala, is entering his seventh year at VSICC.  Luke has previously acted as Head Golf Pro at Sycamore Country Club and Whispering Pines.  Luke’s playing experience includes The North Florida Tour and U.S. Open qualifying rounds in 1978-1984. Luke attended Pace University and Jacksonville College where he studied Psychology and Business. He has completed PGA Club repair School and PGA school 1 and 2. Luke’s teaching experience includes the Roland Stafford Golf School in Windham, New York. Luke studied under Joseph Norwood who was instrumental in unlocking the secrets of the golf swing to Ben Hogan, David Hill, Mac O’Grady, Chi Chi Rodriguez and Marylyn Smith.
