2008 Member-Guest Schedule of Events
We are sure that a good time will be had by all. Programs, pairings and a calendar of events are in the planning stages. Here are some Highlights:
Thursday, July 10th – 7:30pm – Calcutta – Hors d’Oeuvres provided by KC’s Pub for the event.
Friday, July 11th – 7:00a.m. – Full Breakfast served in the Clubhouse to include an Omelet station, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, etc. Canned Beer & Assorted Refreshments provided on course during play.
Commencement of 1st Round matches beginning with a Shotgun Start at 8:15 a.m. 2nd Round matches will immediately follow. A Barbeque Lunch at the completion of play will be served at the Pool Pavilion.
Saturday, July 12th - Commencement of 3rd round matches beginning with a Shotgun Start at 8:15a.m.
4th Round matches will immediately follow. Continental Breakfast served in the morning and Deli Bar Lunch will be served at the completion of play. Canned Beer & Assorted Refreshments provided on course during play.
Saturday Evening –. Cocktails from 6:00-8:00 with butler style hors d’oeuvres, dinner to be served at 8:00pm with dancing in the main dining room at 8:00pm – 11:00pm. Beer, wine and soda included all evening. You will be contacted for your dinner selections. Gentlemen are requested to wear a Jacket for this Evening
Sunday, July 13th - Commencement of 5th Round matches beginning with a Shotgun Start at 8:15a.m. 6th Round matches will immediately follow*. Continental Breakfast served in the morning and Grilled Lunch will be served at completion of play along with Awards Ceremony/Pro Shop Raffle. Canned Beer & Assorted Refreshments provided on course during play.
*Playoffs will be conducted if necessary.
The use of the facilities at VSICC is available to all guests and their families for the entire weekend. A practice round for the guests is available the entire week prior to the 1st round of play.
